Roof Replacement and Exterior Renovation in Fredericton, NB

We are currently managing a comprehensive exterior renovation for a client in Fredericton, NB, where our team recently completed a full roof replacement to address significant structural issues. Our process began with a complete tear-off of the old shingles and underlayment, and due to the presence of two existing layers on the backside of the roof, we stripped everything down to the deck. During this phase, we replaced rotten plywood on the flat section, removed the old chimney, and covered the deck. To correct leaks caused by the original lack of proper flashing, we installed new step flashing, added a ridge vent to resolve the previous lack of attic ventilation. we installed new CRC Biltmore shingles as requested, incorporating full IKO Stormtite underlayment and IKO Stormshield on the eaves, valleys, and under flashing to ensure maximum roof deck protection.
